Asian Charcoal Broiled Salmon

Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  2. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  3. 12 cup soy sauce, low sodium
  4. 12 teaspoon superfine sugar
  5. 6 salmon steaks
  6. 1 teaspoon powdered ginger, spoonful
  7. cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine sherry, lemon juice, soy, sugar, and ginger and marinate salmon in mixture for 1 hour.
  2. Broil over charcoal until brown and done.
  3. Sprinkle with cayenne before serving.
