Ants On a Log (3 Ways)



  1. 3 stalks Celery
  2. 2 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
  3. 2 Tablespoons Light Hummus
  4. 2 Tablespoons Light Vegetable Cream Cheese
  5. 4 whole Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered
  6. 2 leaves Fresh Basil, Thinly Sliced
  7. 1 Tablespoon Canned Or Cooked Black Beans
  8. 1 Tablespoon Raw Hulled Pumpkin Seeds (pepitas)


  1. Spread each celery stick with either the ricotta, hummus or cream cheese.
  2. Top the ricotta celery stick with the tomatoes and basil; top the cream cheese celery stick with the black beans; and top the hummus celery stick with the pumpkin seeds.
  3. Cut each celery rib into 3 equal pieces.
  4. Serve!
