Asian Grilled Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  1. 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Asian Sesame Dressing Mix
  2. 1/3 cup orange juice
  3. 1/4 cup oil
  4. 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
  5. 1 lb. shrimp, shelled, cleaned Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
  6. 1 pkg. (10 oz.) romaine lettuce
  7. 1 cup seeded cucumber
  8. 1/4 cup green onion slices
  9. 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
  10. 1/4 cup crispy chow mein noodles

Directions

  1. Mix salad dressing mix, juice, oil and sherry until well blended.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup of the dressing mixture; refrigerate.
  3. Toss shrimp with remaining dressing mixture; cover.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  5. Drain; discard dressing mixture.
  6. Place shrimp on greased grill over medium-high heat.
  7. Grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until opaque and cooked through.
  8. Cool 5 minutes.
  9. Toss shrimp and remaining ingredients lightly with reserved dressing mixture.
  10. Serve immediately.
