A.1. Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
  2. 2 lb. chicken wings, separated at joints, tips removed Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  3. 1 cup flour
  4. 1 Tbsp. pepper
  5. 1 tsp. Creole seasoning
  6. 1 cup canola oil

Directions

  1. Pour steak sauce over chicken in shallow glass dish.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning after 30 min.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  4. Mix flour, pepper and seasoning in resealable plastic bag.
  5. Add chicken, in batches; toss to coat.
  6. Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat.
  7. Add chicken, in batches; cook 10 to 12 min.
  8. or until done and golden brown.
  9. Drain on paper towels.
