3-Ingredient Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

  1. 2 pounds Ground Beef
  2. 6 ounces, weight Dry Stuffing Mix, Turkey Or Chicken Flavor
  3. 2 Eggs
  4. 1- 1/4 cup Water

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 F. Line 2 baking pans with foil; spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until blended.
  3. Shape into 32 balls.
  4. I use my cookie scoop for this.
  5. Place 16 meatballs in each pan.
  6. Bake for 16-18 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  8. Once cooled, freeze extra meatballs.
  9. I usually pair these with my Simple Marinara Sauce and serve over pasta.
