Alichela (Anchovy Dip) Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 lb Anchovies
  2. 2 x Red bell pepper, peeled and seeded
  3. 2 x Green bell pepper, peeled and seeded
  4. 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  5. 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  6. 1/2 c. Pitted black olives
  7. 1 tsp Oregano
  8. 1 pch Cayenne
  9. 1 tsp Paprika

Directions

  2. Drain peppers
  3. 2.
  4. Add in to the rest of the ingredients and process to a paste
  5. NOTES : You may add in mayo if desired If the dip is too thin add in a little breadcrumbs Can be made with sardines as well
