Artichoke Dip 1



  1. 1 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
  2. 1 cup mayonnaise
  3. 1 1/2 can artichoke hearts
  4. 1 x garlic powder


  1. Combine equal amounts Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise.
  2. Add garlic powder.
  3. Add artichoke hearts and combine with cheese mixture.
  4. May be served cold or heated 10 to 20 minutes in 350F (180C) oven or until cheese is melted (do not heat in microwave).
  5. Serve with chips or as a spread on french bread.
