Artichoke & Sausage Marinara



  1. 36 oz marinara sauce
  2. 4 clove garlic
  3. 1 lb spaghetti
  4. 2 can quartered & marinated artichoke hearts
  5. 1 packages precooked chicken sausage (preferably Italian style)


  1. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions al dente style
  2. Cut sausage into slices, add to skillet over medium heat with a dash of olive oil
  3. Brown sausage.
  4. Add minced or fresh pressed garlic.
  5. Be careful not to burn garlic!
  6. Add marinara to skillet and turn heat down to low.
  7. Stir occasionally.
  8. Drain and chop artichokes.
  9. Add to skillet and mix together with sauce mixture.
  10. Spoon sauce over spaghetti and add your favorite Parmesan topping.
  11. Enjoy!
