A Highly Nourishing Salad! Carrot and Chikuwa Tossed in Sesame-Mayo
- 1 small Carrot
- 3 Chikuwa
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise (calorie-reduced type)
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 tbsp White ground sesame seeds
- 2 pinch Salt
- Julienne the carrots, wrap in paper towels, then wrap again in plastic wrap.
- Microwave for 1 min at 600w.
- Julienne the chikuwa.
- Add the carrots and chikuwa to the rest of the ingredients and toss.
