AMIEs Peanut Butter Brownies Cake



  1. 200 grams peanut butter
  2. 100 grams softened butter
  3. 100 grams sugar
  4. 50 grams cocoa powder
  5. 3 eggs
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  7. 1 LEEs peanut butter frosting


  1. Heat oven to 150AsC (300AsF).
  2. Line bottom and sides of 20cm cake pan, extend paper beyond sides of pan.
  3. Cream butter and peanut butter into a bowl over a pan of hot water, stirring together until smooth.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Gradually add the sugar and eggs beating well after each addition.
  6. Blend in vanilla and sift in the cocoa powder.
  7. Mix well together.
  8. Pour into prepared cake pan and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
  9. Cool the cake.
  10. Frost with desired icing.
  11. I used LEEs peanut butter frosting.
  12. Serve, share...and enjoy its deliciousness.
