Adult Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 2 Red Apples
  2. 1 tbsp Sugar
  3. 1/4 cup Water

Directions

  1. Dice apples (skin if desired), removing cores.
  2. Place apples, sugar, and water into blender and mix until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Pour into cup and add red wine to taste (at least 1/2 cup is recommended), using spoon to stir.
  4. Drink and enjoy!
