Adult Apple Smoothie
- 2 Red Apples
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
- Dice apples (skin if desired), removing cores.
- Place apples, sugar, and water into blender and mix until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into cup and add red wine to taste (at least 1/2 cup is recommended), using spoon to stir.
- Drink and enjoy!
