Artichoke Sauce



  1. 2 teaspoons butter
  2. 1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
  3. 12 garlic clove, pressed or finely grated
  4. 14-12 teaspoon brown mustard
  5. salt, to taste
  6. pepper, to taste
  7. 1 12 tablespoons water


  1. Combine all ingredient except water.
  2. Microwave until the butter is melted (mine took 15s).
  3. Stir in water.
  4. The mustard will make the sauce emulsify into a smooth mixture.
  5. Serve as a dipping sauce with an artichoke.
  6. This makes a generous amount for one artichoke and can be multiplied for several artichokes.
