7-Grain Bread

Ingredients

  1. 180 grams Bread (strong) flour
  2. 30 grams Rye flour
  3. 30 grams Graham flour
  4. 10 grams Wheat bran
  5. 10 grams Wheat germ
  6. 5 grams Ground flax seed
  7. 5 grams Amaranth
  8. 25 grams Hoshino natural yeast
  9. 150 ml Water
  10. 8 grams Molasses
  11. 3 grams Soybean oil
  12. 50 grams Leftover rice (1 part brown rice : 2 parts white rice)
  13. 3 grams Salt

Directions

  1. When preparing the rice, let it sit in the water for 2~3 hours before cooking.
  2. Put all the ingredients into the bread maker case, set the bread maker to the fermentation course, and turn on the switch.
  3. That's all!
  4. It makes a rather heavy bread, but it's chewy and full of flavor.
