Anchovy Eggs

Ingredients

  1. 4 eggs, hard boiled
  2. Anchovy paste
  3. Pepper
  4. Salt
  5. Tomato sauce
  6. Gherkin
  7. caper

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs hard; remove shells and cut in halves; take out yolks and mix them smoothly with a little anchovy paste, pepper, salt, tomato sauce.
  2. Fill each case with the mixture; smooth top with knife and decorate with a thin strip of gherkin or a caper.
