Asian Ginger Chicken

Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoons flour
  2. 14 teaspoon salt
  3. 4 (5 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  4. 2 teaspoons oil
  5. 14 cup bottled stir-fry sauce
  6. 1 tablespoon shredded fresh ginger
  7. 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  8. chopped cilantro
  9. lime wedge

Directions

  1. Mix flour and salt in a plastic food bag.
  2. Add chicken and shake to coat.
  3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken and cook, turning once, 5 minutes or until golden and meat is opaque at center.
  5. Remove to serving plate.
  6. Mix stir-fry sauce, 1/2 cup water, the ginger and garlic in skillet.
  7. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes until sauce is reduced to about half.
  8. Spoon over chicken.
  9. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
