Anzac

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 1 cup oatmeal
  3. 12 cup coconut, shredded
  4. 12 cup sesame seeds (or a mixture of those) or 12 cup pumpkin seeds (or a mixture of those) or 12 cup flax seed (or a mixture of those)
  5. 12 cup agave syrup
  6. 12 cup applesauce
  7. 1 teaspoon coconut fat
  8. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  9. 12 cup hot water

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients but the water in a food processor.
  2. Pour in the water, little at the time to see how the dough is doing.
  3. You might need more or less water.
  4. The dough should not be sticky.
  5. Roll it out, about 3mm thick.
  6. Cut out shapes, I made hearts but anything not too small or delicate will work.
  7. Bake at 180C for about 15 minutes.
