16th Street Stew
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion chopped
- 4 slices bacon diced
- 1 each green bell peppers diced
- 3 each potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 3 each beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups water boiling
- 6 tablespoons vinegar
- Brown meat, onion, bacon and green pepper; drain.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Simmer unitl potatoes are tender over low heat, about 45 mins.
