- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
- 1 cup sour cream or 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 -2 garlic clove, crushed
- drain artichoke hearts very well (or dip will be watery).
- cut artichokes into small pieces.
- mix all ingredients together in a baking dish.
- bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until top starts to brown slightly.
