Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  1. 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
  2. 1 cup sour cream or 1 cup Greek yogurt
  3. 1 cup mayonnaise
  4. 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  5. 1 -2 garlic clove, crushed

Directions

  1. drain artichoke hearts very well (or dip will be watery).
  2. cut artichokes into small pieces.
  3. mix all ingredients together in a baking dish.
  4. bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until top starts to brown slightly.
