Arugula, Pear and Gorgonzola Salad

Ingredients

  1. 1 bunch arugula
  2. 2 teaspoons white-wine vinegar
  3. 2 teaspoons olive oil
  4. 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  5. 1 tablespoon Gorgonzola dolce
  6. 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  7. 1/2 ripe pear

Directions

  1. Wash and remove tough stems from arugula; dry.
  2. In serving bowl whisk together the vinegar, oil and sugar.
  3. Stir in the Gorgonzola and pine nuts.
  4. Peel the pear, cut into bite-size pieces and combine with arugula in the bowl.
  5. Toss to dress well.
