Apple Country Ribs

Ingredients

  1. 34 cup unsweetened apple juice
  2. 12 cup beer or 12 cup non-alcoholic beer
  3. 12 cup vegetable oil
  4. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  8. 1 teaspoon pepper
  9. 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  10. 3 lbs boneless country-style ribs

Directions

  1. In small bowl combine the first 10 ingredients.
  2. Pour 1 1/2 Cups marinade into a large resealable plastic bag and add the ribs.
  3. Seal bag to coat and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight, turning once.
  4. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.
  5. Prepare grill for indirect heat.
  6. Drain & discard marinade.
  7. Grill ribs, covered, over indirect medium heat for 10 minutes on each side.
  8. Baste with some of the reserved marinade.
  9. Grill 20-25 minutes longer or until juices run clear and meat is tender, turning and basting occasionally.
