Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  1. 1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
  2. 1 Tbsp. butter
  3. 1 Tbsp. flour
  4. 4 eggs, well beaten
  5. 3 Tbsp. sugar
  6. 1 c. scalded milk
  7. 1 tsp. salt
  8. 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
  2. Add to corn.
  3. Add melted butter. Add eggs.
  4. Add milk.
  5. Pour into greased casserole.
  6. Place in a pan of water. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
  7. Serves 6.
