Summer Berry Sauce
- 3/4 c. frozen raspberry or raspberry blend juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, partially thawed
- 1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries, partially thawed
- In a large bowl, combine juice concentrate and honey.
- Add fruit. Toss gently to combine.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Makes 3 cups.
