Speedy White Clam Sauce

Ingredients

  1. 1 can minced clams
  2. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  3. 1/2 c. olive oil
  4. 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  5. salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Drain clams.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet.
  3. Add garlic; brown lightly.
  4. Add parsley and seasoning.
  5. Heat 2 minutes.
  6. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
