Blueberry Cream Pie

Ingredients

  1. 1 c. commerical sour cream
  2. 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  3. 3/4 c. sugar
  4. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  5. 3/4 tsp. salt
  6. 1 egg, beaten
  7. 2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
  8. 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
  9. 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  10. 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
  11. 3 Tbsp. chopped black walnuts

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients; beat 5 minutes at medium speed of an electric mixer or until smooth.
  2. Fold in blueberries.
  3. Pour filling into pastry shell.
  4. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
