No Bake Persimmon Pudding

Ingredients

  1. 1 c. persimmon pulp
  2. 1 c. powdered sugar
  3. 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  4. 1/2 c. peanuts, chopped
  5. 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  6. whipped cream

Directions

  1. Mix pulp, sugar, peanuts and marshmallows.
  2. Add graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Shape into roll, adding more crumbs, if needed, to retain shape.
  4. Chill thoroughly.
  5. Serve with whipped cream.
