String Bean Casserole
- 2 large cans French-style string beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 bacon strips (on top of casserole)
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- salt and pepper
- Mix beans and soup.
- Add bacon drippings, salt and pepper. Pour into greased casserole dish.
- Place bacon strips and onion on top of casserole.
- Bake at 400° for 30 to 45 minutes.
