- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 3/4 c. milk (any kind or cream)
- 1 c. cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
- 1 c. coarsely grated cheese (any kind)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pinch of pepper
- ingredients and spoon into
- a buttered 6-cup casserole.
- Dot the top with the rest
- of the butter.
- Bake, uncovered, about 30 minutes.
- (You can add chopped pimento or brown an onion in butter and add.)
