Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  2. 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can cream-style corn
  3. 3/4 c. milk (any kind or cream)
  4. 1 c. cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
  5. 1 c. coarsely grated cheese (any kind)
  6. 1/2 tsp. salt
  7. pinch of pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat
  2. oven
  3. to
  4. 350°.
  5. Combine
  6. all
  7. ingredients and spoon into
  8. a buttered 6-cup casserole.
  9. Dot the top with the rest
  10. of the butter.
  11. Bake, uncovered, about 30 minutes.
  12. (You can add chopped pimento or brown an onion in butter and add.)
