Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  1. 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  2. 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  3. 2 c. pecans, chopped
  4. 1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
  5. 2 tsp. onion, finely chopped
  6. 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually stir in pineapple, 1 cup pecans, onion, salt and green pepper. Shape into a ball.
  3. Roll ball in remaining nuts.
  4. Wrap in plastic or foil and refrigerate until well chilled (overnight).
