Pam'S Chicken Breasts



  1. 6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
  2. 1 jar dried beef
  3. 2 cartons sour cream (1 pt.)
  4. 1 can cream of mushroom soup


  1. Spray bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  2. Place the dried beef over (coating) the bottom of the pan.
  3. Place the chicken on top of the dried beef.
  4. Mix the sour cream and soup together; pour over the chicken breasts.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 325°; remove foil and bake for another hour.
