Pam'S Chicken Breasts
- 6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 jar dried beef
- 2 cartons sour cream (1 pt.)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Spray bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Place the dried beef over (coating) the bottom of the pan.
- Place the chicken on top of the dried beef.
- Mix the sour cream and soup together; pour over the chicken breasts.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 325°; remove foil and bake for another hour.
