Baked Bean Casserole
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
- 1 (11 oz.) can lima beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can Brook's chili beans
- Brown and drain ground beef and onion.
- Mix and bring to a boil the next 5 ingredients.
- Combine with beans.
- Bake 40 minutes at 350°, uncovered, or can be put in crock-pot.
