- 1 can minced clams
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- pinch of fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 box linguine
- Parmesan cheese
- hot pepper, crushed, if desired
- In skillet, brown garlic in 1/4 cup of oil.
- Add clams and one clam can of water.
- Add parsley, salt and pepper and bring to a boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Turn off heat.
- Cook linguine according to package directions.
- Serve clam sauce over linguine.
