Linguine

Ingredients

  1. 1 can minced clams
  2. 1 clove fresh garlic
  3. pinch of fresh parsley
  4. salt and pepper to taste
  5. 1/2 box linguine
  6. Parmesan cheese
  7. hot pepper, crushed, if desired

Directions

  1. In skillet, brown garlic in 1/4 cup of oil.
  2. Add clams and one clam can of water.
  3. Add parsley, salt and pepper and bring to a boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat.
  5. Cook linguine according to package directions.
  6. Drain.
  7. Serve clam sauce over linguine.
