Creamy Fudge

Ingredients

  1. 1 (1 lb.) pkg. confectioners sugar
  2. 1/3 c. baking cocoa
  3. 1/4 c. evaporated milk
  4. 1 stick butter, sliced
  5. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  6. 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Mix confectioners sugar and cocoa in greased 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
  2. Add evaporated milk and butter; do not mix. Microwave on High for 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
  3. Stir until mixed.
  4. Add vanilla and pecans; mix well.
  5. Spread evenly in dish.
  6. Chill for 1 hour.
  7. Cut into squares.
  8. Yields 24 ounces.
