Baked Ham

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 c. apricot preserves
  2. 1/3 c. red cooking wine
  3. 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions

  1. Place ham on rack in large shallow roasting pan.
  2. Bake in slow oven at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
  3. Trim off skin and excess fat.
  4. Mix preserves, mustard and wine in small saucepan.
  5. Heat slowly, stirring often.
  6. Brush ham with glaze.
  7. Continue baking, brushing with glaze 1 hour or until richly glazed.
