Goulash

Ingredients

  1. small beef roast
  2. 2 c. potatoes
  3. 2 c. carrots
  4. 1/2 c. onion
  5. 2 c. green beans
  6. salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook beef until tender at 350° in oven.
  2. Tear into small pieces.
  3. Add a little cornstarch to thicken broth just slightly. Add vegetables and cook until done.
  4. The amount of vegetables can be changed to adjust to the amount of meat used.
