Crispy Salmon

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb. sliced/strip salmon
  2. 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  3. 3 gloves garlic, minced
  4. 1/2 c. cooking oil
  5. half lemon (red wine can be added if you want)
  6. 1/2 tsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
  7. salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Marinate the salmon after cutting it into strips (finger size) with lemon, salt, pepper, soy sauce and minced garlic. Add a drop of red wine, if desired. Keep in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
