French Chocolate Pie
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can evaporated milk (3/4 c.)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- Mix sugar, cocoa and cornstarch together.
- Stir in rest of the ingredients and beat slightly with whisk.
- Pour into uncooked pie shell.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Takes 35 minutes in my oven.
- This pie will still be shaky, but will set up.
- Do not cook over 45 minutes.
