Easy Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  1. 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 8 slices Swiss cheese
  3. 1 can cream of chicken soup
  4. 1/4 c. dry white wine
  5. 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
  6. 2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine

Directions

  1. Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine. Stir well. Spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
