Charcoal-Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

  1. 2 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
  2. 1/2 c. olive or cooking oil
  3. 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  4. 1/4 c. lemon juice
  5. 1/2 c. dry white wine
  6. 1/4 c. finely snipped parsley
  7. 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  8. 1 tsp. dill weed
  9. 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Combine oil, onion, wine, lemon juice, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, dill weed and salt.
  2. Place shrimp in a plastic bag and set in a deep bowl.
  3. Pour marinade mixture over shrimp.
  4. Close bag. Marinate 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  5. Drain shrimp, reserving marinade.
