- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 (28 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 oz. curd cottage cheese
- 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella
- 6 oz. Cheddar, shredded
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 can ripe olives
- Brown ground beef with a little onion and basil.
- In shallow baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inch, arrange alternate layers of lasagna noodles, sauce and beef, cottage cheese, shredded cheeses and olives.
- Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
