Rice And Chili Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 1 c. raw rice
  2. 1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese
  3. 2 c. sour cream
  4. 1 (4 oz.) can diced Ortega chilies
  5. butter

Directions

  1. Cook rice in the usual manner.
  2. While hot, combine it with sour cream, cheese and chilies.
  3. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Dot with butter and heat for about 30 minutes in a 350° oven until top is browned.
  5. Serves 8.
