Rice And Chili Casserole
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced Ortega chilies
- Cook rice in the usual manner.
- While hot, combine it with sour cream, cheese and chilies.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Dot with butter and heat for about 30 minutes in a 350° oven until top is browned.
- Serves 8.
