Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  1. 1 (16 oz.) pkg. baby carrots
  2. 1/3 c. butter or margarine
  3. 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  4. 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley (1 Tbsp. dried)

Directions

  1. Cover the carrots with water in a saucepan and cook until fork tender.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Add butter and brown sugar.
  4. Cook until sugar dissolves and carrots are glazed. Sprinkle with parsley.
