Rhubarb Kuchen

Ingredients

  1. 1 c. flour
  2. 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  3. 1 stick margarine
  4. 4 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut up
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1 Tbsp. flour
  7. 1 c. sugar

Directions

  1. Mix 1 cup flour, 1 stick margarine and 3 tablespoons powdered sugar.
  2. Pat into an 8 x 10-inch pan.
  3. Beat together 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon flour and 1 cup sugar. Pour this over the cut up rhubarb and mix.
  4. Put into crust and bake at 375° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 25 minutes.
