- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. pineapple syrup
- 1 c. ground cranberries
- 1 whole orange, grated (with peel included)
- 1 c. crushed and drained pineapple
- 1 c. English walnuts
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple syrup. Stir and chill until thickened.
- Add the remaining ingredients before gelatin sets.
- Pour into mold and refrigerate until firm.
- Serves 10.
