- 6 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 10 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Melt chocolate in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly.
- Cream butter with egg yolks in bowl.
- Add confectioners sugar gradually, blending well.
- Stir in chocolate and vanilla.
- Chill until firm enough to handle.
- Shape into 30 to 35 balls.
- Roll in cocoa.
- Store in airtight container
