Butterscotch Candy

Ingredients

  1. 2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels, melted
  2. 1 1/2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  3. 1 c. nuts
  4. 2 small cans shoestring potatoes

Directions

  1. In the top of a double boiler, melt morsels.
  2. Add peanut butter, nuts and potatoes.
  3. Stir.
  4. Spoon out onto wax paper. Chill in freezer for a few minutes, or until firm.
  5. Serve.
