Cauliflower Au Gratin

Ingredients

  1. 1 large head cauliflower
  2. 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  3. 1/2 c. diced onion
  4. 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  5. 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
  6. 1/4 tsp. salt
  7. 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Break cauliflower into sections.
  2. Cook for 10 minutes in boiling, salted water; drain well.
  3. Combine cauliflower with 2 tablespoons of butter, onion, cheese, sour cream and salt.
  4. Spoon into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
