- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. peanut butter
- 4 1/2 c. quick oats, mixed with 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. pecans
- Beat butter and sugars together.
- Add eggs, vanilla and peanut butter.
- Stir in oats.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Roll into balls and flatten on lightly greased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350°.
- Makes 6 dozen cookies.
