Quick Salsa

Ingredients

  1. 6 tomatoes
  2. 12 hot peppers (any variety)
  3. 4 sweet peppers
  4. 3 cloves garlic
  5. 1/4 c. vinegar
  6. 2 Tbsp. oil
  7. season to taste: salt, pepper, cilantro, cumin

Directions

  1. In food processor, finely chop all vegetables.
  2. Place in saucepan.
  3. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Use on tacos, spaghetti sauce. Can be cooked in large quantity and canned in jars. Refrigerate.
