- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup
- 1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/3 c. chopped onion or dried minced
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1 large loaf Italian or round bread
- Combine sour cream, chestnuts, mayo, soup mix and onions.
- Mix well.
- Add spinach.
- Cut small pieces, leaving just a shell.
- Use to dip all fresh veggies (bite size).
- Plus the pieces of torn bread.
