Southwestern Bean Soup

Ingredients

  1. 2 lb. ground chuck
  2. 1 onion, chopped
  3. 2 pkg. taco seasoning
  4. 1 (16 oz.) black beans, undrained
  5. 1 (16 oz.) kidney beans (hot chili)
  6. 1 (16 oz.) pinto bean
  7. 1 can Rotel tomatoes (diced with chilies)
  8. 1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
  9. 2 (16 oz.) cans white corn, undrained
  10. 2 c. water

Directions

  1. Brown ground chuck and onion.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Simmer for 2 hours.
  5. Serve with grated cheese, chopped green onions and sour cream.
